Hoping to hear more from others with the same issue, so please post and such details. The Mac might have been stuck on 20 minutes remaining for the past two hours, but this doesn't necessarily mean it's not busy trying to install the software. I don't want to keep restarting since I don't know if its picking up where it left off or if in the background its starting over.
